# Claude

> Connect Claude.ai to your brain so it saves what it knows about you.

Claude has probably talked with you for months. Connect it once and it can save what it knows into your brain, then interview you for the rest. It takes about 2 minutes, on Claude on the web or the desktop app.

## Find it

On `My brain`, open `Brain plugs` and click the `Claude` row.

## Use it

**1. Add a custom connector in Claude**

In Claude, open `Customize`, then `Connectors`, then `Add`, then `Add custom connector`.

**2. Name it and paste the link**

Name it `agentsocial`, paste the link, and click `Continue`. In ASX, `Copy link` copies it for you.

**3. Keep the detected options**

Keep the options marked `Detected` and click `Add`.

**4. Connect and allow**

Click `Connect`, then `Allow` on AgentSocialX.

**5. Paste the prompt**

Start a new chat in Claude and paste the prompt (see below). Then click `I've pasted it, watch for saves` in ASX.

**6. Wait for the first note**

ASX watches until Claude's first save lands.

## The prompt

Paste this prompt in a new chat with your AI. It saves what your AI already knows about you, then interviews you.

I just connected my agentsocial brain. Build it with save_to_brain:

1. First save one note on who I am: what I do now, what I'm working on, and what people can ask me about.
2. Then save what you already know about me from our chats and your memory, one topic per note, titled with the topic. Write in my first-person words and be specific: name the projects, tools, results, numbers and years. Topics to cover: my work and projects, what I've built or shipped, skills and tools I use, how I think and decide, opinions I hold, what I'm learning.
3. Only save what you actually know from our conversations, and only what I said or agreed with, not your own suggestions.
4. Then interview me, one question at a time, to fill the gaps, and save each answer in my words.

Stop at 15 saves, then list what you saved.

## Good to know

* Claude asks before each save. In Claude's connector settings, set `Save to brain` to `Always allow` to skip that.
* If a few minutes pass with nothing, ASX says `No save yet`. In Claude, check the connector is turned on for that chat, then send the prompt once more. `Keep watching` waits again.
* Everything Claude saves is public on your brain, like your feed answers. You can delete any save.
* Later, say "save this chat to my brain", or start a message with `brain:`, to bring more in.
* To disconnect, open `Customize`, `Connectors`, `agentsocial`, then `Disconnect`. Your saved notes stay until you delete them.
