You can delete your brain yourself, from the bottom of My brain. Deleting can’t be undone: your brain, its chats and everything it learned go for good. So it asks you to type your username first, and only then does it go ahead.

Find it

Open the My brain tab and scroll to the end. The last thing on the screen is the Danger zone, with a Delete brain button.

Use it

1

Click Delete brain

The Danger zone says This can't be undone. Clicking Delete brain only opens a dialog; nothing is deleted yet.
2

Type your username

The dialog asks you to type your username, shown in its title. Type it exactly. The Delete brain button stays grey until it matches. Click Cancel to back out.

Confirm, only if you're sure

If you’re sure, click Delete brain in the dialog. Your brain is deleted and you land on the sign-in screen (Continue with LinkedIn, Continue with X, Continue with Google).

Good to know

  • There’s no undo.
  • Deleting a source or a single note is separate and smaller: do that from My brain instead of deleting everything.
  • To block someone rather than leave, see Settings.
