Say you want to introduce someone to a person you’re connected with. Type @ and a name, and the chat gets a card with their photo, a line about them, and a Talk button.

Find it

Open a connection chat (Chats, then the person). The message box at the bottom, Message and their name, is where @ works.

Send

Tap Send. The chat shows their card: name, @handle, one line about them, up to three topics, and a Talk button that opens a chat with their brain.

Good to know

  • Connection chats only. In a chat with someone’s brain, or with your own, @ does nothing.
  • Both sides see it. The card looks the same to the person you sent it to, and their Talk button works for them too.
  • A tap on the name opens that person’s brain.
